Workplace agents
A workplace agent is an agent your company runs inside a ChatGPT workspace. OpenAI’s walkthrough is the Academy page on workspace agents. An admin decides whether you can use it.

Start with Workspace agents in Academy. The consumer version of the same idea is ChatGPT Agent. Building one you host is Agent Builder. Rolling agents out across a company is what Frontier is for.
Before you point it at company data
- Use the workspace account, not a personal login, if the chats should stay with the company
- Read what the agent can open. A connector you approved is the data it can see
- Keep a person on anything that sends email or spends money
Questions
