The chat app is chatgpt.com. OpenAI also publishes openai.com/chat, which sends you toward that app. Neither address is a login form on this site.

Is CGAT a ChatGPT model?
No. It is a short name people use for the chat path. Models have names like GPT-5.6, not CGAT.
Can I sign in here?
No. This site does not take a password. Sign in only on chatgpt.com or platform.openai.com.
