The announcement is Introducing OpenAI Frontier. Read it for the surfaces they name. Pricing is a sales conversation, the same way Enterprise chat is. Do not treat a blog’s dollar figure as a rate card.
Individuals who want one agent today use ChatGPT Agent or, if they are writing software, Agent Builder. People who embed with a customer to make this real are often in forward deployed roles.

No. Frontier is the enterprise agent platform. Plus is the $20 consumer plan.
Is Frontier a model?
No. GPT-5.6 and the other model names are the models. Frontier is the platform around agents.
